Hello,
I am your Pit Master and Founder of Island Night Grill. I have been smoking pits since I was 10 years of age. My Granddad introduced me to grilling and I have been in love with grilling ever since. As a U.S. Navy Veteran, I was fortunate enough to travel to many contries and experience cuisine of many different cultures, during my honorable service. There is nothing that puts a smile on my face like Caribbean cuisine. Island Night Grill is my very own take on Caribbean inspired, Midwest smoked barbecue. I call it "fun food", food that is best served with small talk, laughter and smiling faces. Here at the island, we care about your taste experience and promise to deliver with every bite.

We have something for all guest sizes, rather it's a guest size of 15-25 or 75-150+, our grill out and drop off menu will take care of all of your catering needs.
