Our story
Island Night Grill is a veteran, family owned company established in June of 2020. After serving in the U.S. Navy, I decided to start a career in Architecture. There were many years that consisted of long days and even longer nights and my family could see how stressful it was for me. My wife and kids encouraged me to follow my true passion in life, which was cooking. They have been my biggest fans, but also my toughest critics. Our company name, along with every recipe, were inspired by all six of them. I could not have accomplished any of this without them and my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. My time growing up with my grandparents in Benton Harbor Michigan, consisted of hardwork, homemade cooking and a whole lot of church. Although I wouldn't want to relive those long chruch services, thoses were some of the best days of my life. Being grounded in your belief and hard work, can make all things possible. Delicious food, opens doors to meeting new faces and building new relationships. We love to put a smile on all of our clients faces, by giving you the best service possible.
